(Add)victory: Where sports and brands team up to win
When sports marketing meets in-house virtual production, you get a system built for speed, scale, and real return. It’s where sports and brands operate in true victory formation.

In sports marketing, access is limited. Impact shouldn’t be.
(Add)ventures launches (add)victory, a Sports Marketing division that helps brands and sports organizations build partnerships, campaigns, and storytelling that connect with fans and drive measurable growth.
(add)victory combines decades of brand expertise with the region’s only in-house virtual production studio to create high-end content, branded experiences, and immersive storytelling without the delays and limitations of traditional production.
Winning time
Sports marketing today faces a clear tension: Brands need more content. Teams and athletes have minimal time. (add)victory is designed to solve for both.
We’ve developed two core approaches:
- Sponsor Zones: giving brands a way to create continuous, always-on content
- Player x Products: showcasing athlete partnerships in ways that feel authentic and scalable
These models make it possible to create more content, more efficiently, without adding pressure to already limited athlete schedules.

Production that moves at the speed of sports
Virtual production removes traditional constraints and unlocks new creative control. Using LED walls, real-time world-building software, and camera tracking, teams can create multiple environments, shift seasons, and capture perfect lighting at any time.
Pre-visualization allows stakeholders, athletes, and agents to review and approve content before filming begins, reducing risk and eliminating surprises on set. In a single day, teams can produce hero films, social content, still photography, and hype videos within one streamlined production.
“We’ve worked with athletes including boxer Evander Holyfield, baseball legend Joe Torre, and the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox on behalf of nonprofits and Fortune 500 brands,” shares Steve Rosa, Founder and CEO of (add)ventures. “Across every campaign, we saw the same challenge: athletes didn’t have enough time, and marketers needed more of it. We’ve already transformed marketing for retail and healthcare brands with virtual production, and now we’re bringing that same approach to sports.”

Built with leadership from the field
To expand (add)victory, (add)ventures has hired Jeff Connors, a sports industry veteran, as Chief Growth Officer. Connors brings 25 years of experience with Kraft Sports + Entertainment, where he held senior leadership roles supporting the New England Patriots organization.
He has led initiatives across sales, marketing, and fan engagement for the New England Patriots, one of the most successful franchises in professional sports. He’s also guided Fortune 500 brands to evolve sponsorships into results-driven partnerships.
“I’ve spent my career in a culture where performance is measured every day and every interaction matters,” says Connors. “With (add)victory, I’ll bring first-hand experience in how teams approach corporate sponsorships and how to build partnerships that deliver for athletes, marketers, and fans.”

A new model for sports partnerships
(add)victory turns limited athlete access into a scalable, always-on content engine. Through pre-visualization, efficient capture, and modular content design, teams produce a high volume of premium, adaptable assets within a single production window. This approach reduces friction, accelerates speed to market, and extends the value of every partnership across channels, audiences, and time.
The result is simple: more content, more impact, and greater return.
