Introducing the 2026 class of (add)prentices

Say hello to our 2026 (add)prentice class! This summer, we are welcoming eight college students to the (add)ventures team. They’re thinkers, creatives and storytellers and we can’t wait to see what they dream up next.

Fresh perspectives, real seats at the table

This summer, we are welcoming eight (add)prentices to our team. The (add)ventures internship program gives college students a real look at what it means to work in an agency. Our (add)prentices get a chance to work on real projects, with real clients, to gain real experience. Throughout the program, each intern will work alongside experienced mentors in marketing, content strategy, design and video production. The interns will bring fresh creativity and high energy to client work, while they also work together on a cross-disciplinary campaign from start to finish.

“Our (add)prentices bring fresh perspectives, new energy and contribute ideas that make our work better,” said Steve Rosa, founder and CEO of (add)ventures. “Great ideas don’t care about age, title or experience. They can come from anywhere. We’re proud to give emerging talent a place to grow, to help them learn the business and to contribute to our culture.”

Fresh perspectives are part of what makes this program valuable. Our interns bring new ideas, challenge assumptions and remind us that great thinking can come from anywhere. The (add)prentices will get a firsthand look at what it means to be a part of a team where curiosity is encouraged and collaboration is expected. And no one will spend the summer at the copier or fetching coffee.

We’re excited to welcome the 2026 class of (add)prentices and we can’t wait to see what they create, learn and contribute as they begin their summer (add)venture!
