(add)ventures, a brand strategy and creative agency, is proud to announce the well-deserved promotions of several (add)venturists who have demonstrated exceptional talent, dedication, and leadership within the organization.

Dominic Green

Dominic has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing + Strategy, where he will continue to bring strategic insight and inspiration to our team, as well as our client partners’ brands and businesses. Dominic will work directly with our clients to deliver compelling and differentiated strategies that solve some of our client’s most challenging brand problems. He’ll be a champion for ideas that drive business results. As part of his new role, Dominic will also help to lead our strategy team, inspiring them to achieve their best work and meaningful outcomes.

Paul Dozois

Paul has been elevated to Senior Creative Director, and will lead experiential campaigns from both a brand alignment and implementation perspective. With deep expertise in healthcare marketing, he has a trained eye for maintaining brand integrity and integration across branded environments and point-of-purchase installations.

Kim Edge-Ambler

Kim is now Senior Creative Director, bringing her wealth of communication design experience and omni-channel brand expertise to lead our retail and healthcare client partners. She specializes in evolving brands beyond basic style guides to develop a deeper strategic visual language that ensures cohesive work. Her current focus includes digital in-store and online retail experiences, complex paid-media campaigns and brand initiatives. With a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling and an innovative approach to team building, Kim consistently spearheads and solves complex puzzles for results that exceed client expectations.

Jenna Rezendes

Jenna has been promoted to Executive Producer. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, she oversees all aspects of video production, specializing in virtual production, broadcast commercials and executive videos for Fortune 500 companies. Jenna is dedicated to delivering high-quality content and her creative vision delivers ideas from pre- all the way to post-production.

Michelle has been named Managing Director of Multicultural Strategy + Creative, and leads our LATAM-focused strategies and creative campaigns with teams based in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Miami. With an emphasis on healthcare product marketing, retail and consumer goods, she has led successful go-to-market, content and digital marketing campaigns.
