Michaela Kellogg

Vice President, Creative Strategy

Michaela has been promoted to Vice President, Creative Strategy. In her new role, Michaela will lead a creative strategy team that guides, documents and communicates the creative vision for projects. She’ll develop and deliver client presentations that clearly articulate strategic direction and show how creative solutions align with brand and business objectives. As a skilled problem solver, facilitator, presenter, writer and storyteller, Michaela seamlessly incorporates inputs from clients and our internal (add)ventures teams into our creative ideas, in areas including insights, marketing, strategy, experience design, digital, copy and video.

Jenn Snively

Vice President, Content Strategy

Jenn has been promoted to Vice President, Content Strategy. She leads a talented team of content strategists and copywriters, working across disciplines to create impactful, creative work. With 20 years of experience, Jenn believes in the power of storytelling and strategic vision to turn business goals into compelling brand experiences. She develops content strategies and writes for retail campaigns, corporate communications, e-commerce, social media and video—helping brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Michelle Spriegel

Vice President, Global Marketing Strategy + Innovation

Michelle has been appointed Vice President of Global Marketing Strategy + Innovation. She oversees marketing strategies and creative campaigns for Europe, Canada and LATAM, working closely with teams in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Miami. With a strong focus on healthcare product marketing, retail and consumer goods, she has led successful go-to-market, content and digital marketing initiatives.
