As (add)ventures continues to expand and work with clients worldwide, we’re thrilled to announce a realignment to our client relationship team with three new promotions. At our New England headquarters, (add)venturists Andrea Reed, Keely Taylor and Kelly Coelho have assumed exciting new roles, effective January 1, 2024.

Andrea Reed, Chief Client Experience Officer (CXO)

As the Chief Client Experience Officer, Andrea Reed will now focus on cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with current and prospective client partners, guiding our relationship managers and proactively addressing challenges as they arise. She was formerly the Senior Vice President of Strategy + Marketing.

Andrea will also have oversight of our Project Management Organization (PMO). She will continue delivering quality work and fostering relationships that make (add)ventures a unique and NICE experience for our client partners.

Keely Taylor, Vice President of Quality + Process

In our brand new role of Vice President of Quality and Process, Keely Taylor will lead our Project Management Organization (PMO), leveraging her skills and experience gained in her most recent role of Vice President and Senior Producer.

Recognized for her consistency and analytical acumen, Keely will oversee our project portfolio, managing resources, prioritizing projects and enhancing efficiency. She will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and integrated approach, fostering innovative thinking as we continue to evolve and expand with our clients.

Keely’s focus on efficiency will extend to nurturing and developing a framework of processes, governance, and training in best practices for project managers. Her organizational and project management skills will remain a valuable asset as she shifts into her new role.

Kelly Coelho, Vice President of Client Relations

Kelly Coelho is stepping into the new role of Vice President of Client Relations, ensuring positive experiences for our client partners and seeking opportunities for growth. Kelly will also serve as an internal resource, fostering synchronization among cross-disciplinary teams and leading a team of project managers by providing guidance, mentorship and support.

This role involves strategic thinking, effective communication and a deep understanding of the clients' needs and expectations. Kelly will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention and overall business growth.

Farewell to Tracy Silva

As we celebrate the success of our (add)venturists, we bid a fond farewell to Tracy Silva, retiring Chief Relationship Officer, effective December 31, 2023. Tracy’s contributions have been invaluable and, though we are sad to see her go, we are also happy for her next adventure and eternally grateful for all the years she’s led with heart and soul.
