INTERN PROGRAM
Our paid summer (add)prentice program gives college students hands-on experience and a real taste of agency life. Students will work alongside experienced mentors with marketing, content, design, video or digital experience—and tackle a cross-functional project with the full (add)prentice cohort. If you’re a go-getter, a creative thinker and a NICE human, this could be the start of your (add)venture.

From pre-pro to post, and even virtual production, you’ll get hands-on experience with real shoots, real clients and real-time feedback. Whether you’re into storyboarding, scripting or editing, this internship lets you explore every stage of the video process.
Join our creative team to explore branding, layout and visual storytelling. You’ll work on internal and client-facing projects, pitch in on everything from illustrations to pitch decks—and gain real exposure to the design process from start to finish.
Get into the rhythm of writing with purpose. You’ll flex your storytelling skills across campaign copy, brand messaging and multi-platform content. Along the way, you’ll contribute to strategy, spark ideas and bring big thinking to client work.
Dig into research, sharpen your strategy skills and learn what it takes to market big ideas. You’ll help plan campaigns, analyze competitors and support client teams—all while balancing creative thinking with real-world deadlines.
Partner with our marketing team to support projects from kickoff to launch. You’ll dig into market research, shape strategy and bring a LATAM/U.S. Hispanic lens to global campaigns.

Yes! All of our internships are paid.
Applications for 2025 are closed. We typically open applications in January, review resumes in February and begin interviews around March 1.
We usually hire between six and eight interns each summer.
The 2025 internship will run from Tuesday, June 10 to Thursday, August 7. We follow a hybrid schedule, with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. You’ll work 36 hours a week—Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
Interns will work out of our East Providence, Rhode Island, or Miami, Florida, offices.
Interns are matched with a daily mentor, collaborate on a group project and contribute to real client work. You’ll also volunteer through our (add)love program and join field trips, lunch-and-learns and other immersive experiences.
We’re looking for rising juniors or seniors who are curious, collaborative and ready to learn. You’ll need to commit to all nine weeks and bring a strong interest in marketing, content, design, video or project management. Spanish fluency is required for Miami-based roles. And of course, being a NICE human is a must.
