When a new hotel property is either opened or renovated, there is opportunity to tell its story or establish the brand of the individual property. In Providence, the Renaissance needed to establish a strong brand and engaging story to reflect the completion of a historic building and its ties to the arts community.
(add)ventures worked with the team in Providence to create a robust, imaginative, and engaging brand through our Inside-Out™ branding approach. Through (add)ventures proprietary SOLVEsessions and creative exercises, we helped define the unique story of the hotel and shape the personal journey of each guest by integrating the brand into hotel operations, employee training, and all guest connection points throughout the hotel. Our approach built upon the existing Renaissance brand and created a unique identity for the Renaissance Providence Hotel. The final tagline, Inspiration Revealed, as well as the brand story and positioning statement were based on the hotel’s connection to the arts, the inspiring amenities and opulent décor.
